At Amor Universi Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached (if applicable)
- Be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Be returned in its original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business model, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Digital products or gift cards
Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To report a defective or damaged item, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at loveallbfm@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method
- Provide us with the tracking number
Important: Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label
- Change of Mind/Size Issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges as a return and new purchase:
- Initiate a return for the unwanted item following the process above
- Place a new order for the item you prefer
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive a refund for the original item
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank - processing times may vary
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at loveallbfm@yahoo.com
Lost or Stolen Packages
Amor Universi Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Tracking your package using the provided tracking number
- Contacting the shipping carrier if a package shows as delivered but was not received
