Our Commitment to Quality and Sustainability

At Amor Universi Collective, we use a print-on-demand model, which means each item is specially created for you after you place your order. This approach reduces waste and aligns with our conscious values, though it means a slightly longer production time compared to pre-made inventory.

Processing Time

Our products are made-to-order with care and intention. Production time typically takes:

  • Standard Items (T-shirts, Sweatshirts): 2-5 business days
  • Accessories (Mugs, etc.): 2-5 business days
  • Multiple Items: All items in your order will ship together once the last item is ready

Please note: Processing times do not include shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production is complete
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production is complete (if available)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-5 days) + Shipping Time (3-7 days)
Most domestic orders arrive within 7-12 business days from order placement.

International Shipping

  • Canada: 7-14 business days after production
  • Europe: 10-20 business days after production
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days after production
  • Rest of World: 15-30 business days after production

Important: International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Amor Universi Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - watch for announcements on our website and social media!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number for your package
  • A link to track your shipment in real-time

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after you receive the shipping notification.

International Orders - Customs and Duties

For international shipments:

  • Packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Amor Universi Collective cannot predict or control these charges
  • Contact your local customs office for information about potential fees
  • Refusing a shipment due to customs fees does not guarantee a refund

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at loveallbfm@yahoo.com
  • Include your order number and correct address
  • We can only modify the address if the order hasn't entered production

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Check around your property (sometimes packages are left in safe locations)
  4. Wait 24-48 hours (occasionally packages are marked delivered before actual delivery)
  5. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
  6. Contact us if the package cannot be located - we'll work with you to find a solution

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)
  2. Contact us within 7 days at loveallbfm@yahoo.com
  3. Provide your order number, photos, and description of damage
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production schedules and locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you'll receive separate shipping notifications.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Due to our print-on-demand model, orders enter production quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact us immediately at loveallbfm@yahoo.com
  • Include your order number
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't entered production
  • Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify orders

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery by recipient

We will contact you about reshipping. Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

COVID-19 and Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, please be aware that global events may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), please allow additional processing and shipping time. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery for special occasions.

Holiday-specific shipping deadlines will be announced on our website and social media channels.
